Queen Elizabeth national Park is typical savannah grassland. Key highlights include Game drives looking out for lions, elephants, Buffalos, Hyenas. Afternoon boat cruise along kazinga channel – which connects lakes Edward and George in the rift valley, awesome chance to view plentiful of colorful bird life (native, endemic & migratory),, elephants, buffaloes and schools of hippos cooling off at the shores.

Day 1: Travel to Lake Mburo & Queen Elizabeth national parks.

Day 2: Road Transfer  to Queen Elizabeth National park.

Day 3: Drive back to Kampala.

Day 1: Travel to Lake Mburo & Queen Elizabeth national parks.

Our driver will pick you up from your destination of hotel, drive to lake Mburo park, do mid morning game drive. Popular sightings include Zebras, Impalas, Topis, baboons. Have Lunch  and check in at your lodge.

Day 2: Road Transfer  to Queen Elizabeth National park.

our guide will pick you up,  transfer by road to Queen Elizabeth national park. This park is home to a high concentration of Uganda’s mammals that include tree climbing and savanna lions, elephants, wart hogs, Uganda kob, water buck, cape buffalo, hippos, leopards, as well as more than 600 species of birds that include the African spoon bill, pied kingfishers, fish eagles, pelicans, vultures.

 

–  3pm boat cruise safari tour on Kazinga channel.

This is probably the most amazing combination of spectacular water birds ( residents and migrants) teaming with wildlife on Kazinga channel. Along the channel, local people are seen loading their canoes, fetching water as  buffalos wallowing , Elephants shower, Hippos roam around, crocodiles basking on the same banks . unbelievable life at the fishing village. Tones of storks, spoonbills, cormorants, kingfishers, lapwigs, pelicans. You can expect to see buffalo, crocodile, bathing elephant, and a range of beautiful birds. This will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of your tour. After transfer back to the lodge.

Day3: Drive back to Kampala.

After  breakfast, we go for early morning game drive in search for Lions, Hyenas, and elephants, proceed to Kampala arriving late afternoon.

Transport

Our standard offering is a 4WD safari van with pop-up roof for easy safari viewing.  All passengers will have a dedicated window seat. Your driver/guide will be at your disposal for questions.
